The intention of the owners and developers of the peninsula is to grow an integrated leisure and residential community on this unique 74 acre estate, comprising largely of private homes but complemented by selected leisure orientated ventures - such as a boutique hotel, restaurants, water sports operators etc.

In the last three years over 7000 trees have been selectively planted to add to the natural beauty of the land, and a gate built to ensure its security and privacy. A master plan has been developed for the estate (please refer to separate web page), and it will be possible for those interested in a home here to request a specific building plan to be developed according to their personal preferences.

Our aim is to work alongside and in consultation with the owners of the individual plots to ensure all development works towards creating an harmonious natural reserve, where respect is paid not only to each other and the local population, but also to the wide variety of animal and plant life in and surrounding the estate
